Alcohol and Cancer Risks

Our health depends on knowledge and the informed choices we make. Recent research reports that 9 out of 10 people are unaware of the link between alcohol and cancer. Current trends of alcohol use indicate a rise in expected onsets, hospitalizations and deaths from many cancer types including esophageal, bowel, mouth and throat, breast, and liver.
