Cancellation Policy

For regular audio courses on disc only, you may cancel* your course 21 days or more prior to your start date and receive a refund, less a $50.00 non-refundable administrative fee (per person/per course) plus applicable shipping. Cancellation within 21 days of your start date, is done by prior approval only and may also include additional shipping charges ASI has incurred and return fees of any received course materials. Course cannot be cancelled after your original start date (regardless of format) but may be put on hold for future dates (up to 12 months later). Arrangements must be made in writing, directly with our office.  Additionally, if you are a new client cancelling your initial order and we have paid out a referral to the colleague that referred you, the amount of the referral fee (based on the tier) will be deducted from your refund. If you have already received physical discs and materials that have been shipped to you, you will be responsible for returning these UNOPENED materials to our office at your expense.  Upon return of all the materials, we will issue your refund minus our incurred shipping fees, the $50.00 per person/per course administrative fee and any colleague referrals that have been paid out on your behalf.  

 *If you have ordered a digital download or an online interactive course, you CANNOT cancel your course.  The student can request the course to be put on hold for up to 12 months. Students must verify with one of ASI’s representatives that selected course to be put on hold does not expire within the 12 month time frame.
