Nuts are Super Heroes for our Health

Recent research results expose nuts as powerhouses for providing protective health benefits eating less than an ounce a day. It is encouraging that so little can mean so much toward reducing risk of all-cause mortality as well as coronary heart disease, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, neurodegenerative disease, respiratory disease, infectious disease and stroke.
