Session 2: Shoulder

Anatomy, Pathology and Protocols; Rotator Cuff Tears; Labrum: Glenohumeral Instability; Normal Variants; Syndromes, Labral Tears, Lesions, and More.

Session 3: Foot and Ankle

Tendons I; Tendons II; Ligaments; Tumors; Bony Abnormalities, and more.

Session 4: Lumbar Spine

Protocols and Terminology; Disc Disease; Clinical Mimickers; Spinal Stenosis, and more.

Session 5: Tumors

Primary Bone Tumors; Soft Tissue Tumors; Hemorrhage, Intra Articular Masses, and more.

Session 6: Hips and Pelvis

Protocols and Vascular Abnormalities; Fractures; Soft Tissue Abnormalities; Labrum and FAI.

Session 7: Wrist and Hand

Technique; Extensor/Flexor Tendons; Interosseous Ligaments, TFCC and Nerves; Bones, Masses and Gamekeeper's Thumb.

Course Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
  1. Explain optimal musculoskeletal imaging techniques and procedures
  2. Identify imaging protocols that effectively analyze musculoskeletal disease and injury
  3. Discuss best uses of magnetic resonance imaging to diagnose conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system
  4. Describe current imaging advances to examine and evaluate the knee, shoulder, foot, ankle, spine, hips, wrist, hand and elbow
