What is a Medical Full or Short Course?

ASI offers both full and short medical courses. Full courses are designed to be taken in 5-10 consecutive days, but can be documented from 1 day to a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Each full course contains 10 topics of study, in a specialty and is accredited for 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits credit hours. Short courses consist of 5 topics and are accredited for 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits credit hours.  Short courses can be documented from 1 day to a maximum of 5 consecutive days.  C.R.N.A.’s and D.O.’s may receive different credit hours.
